Polypropylene Material PP Bubble Guard Board Honeycomb Sheets consist of three polypropylene layers. The middle layer is a special honeycomb structure formed by thermo-forming. The outer and inner layers provide a very light and stable tri-laminate structure. With co-extrusion and laminating technologies, we create innovative products for various applications including automotive, packaging, and interior partitions.

The Polypropylene Corrugated Hollow Bubble Guard Board features a middle bubble structure with textured layers. Often referred to as Conpearl Board or PP Sandwich Panel, it is extensively used for Pallet Pack Boxes, trunk floors, spare tire covers, and van flooring. It can be laminated with Felt Fabric, Non-woven, TPO, TPE, and PVC Rubber for automotive protection.
