Product Description
Plastic Polypropylene PP Honeycomb Board for Packing Protection Printing
Polypropylene Material PP Honeycomb Board (also known as Bubble Boards, Cellular PP Corrugated Plastic, or Core Sheet) consists of three polypropylene layers. The middle layer features a special honeycomb structure formed via thermo-forming. The outer and inner layers hold the bubble layer, providing a very light and stable tri-laminate structure.
With co-extrusion and laminating technologies, different materials can be added to PP bubble guard sheets, creating innovative products for diverse applications. These panels feature a unique sandwich structure with one or two flat surfaces, offering a light weight, waterproof, and durable solution for automotive, packaging, and logistics industries.
