Product Description
PVC Celuka Foam Board is a rigid expanded foamed PVC board with a smooth gloss hardened finish on both sides. It is also often referred to and known as Rigid PVC Foam Sheet. This foam board can be easily painted, printed, and fabricated and is available in different thicknesses and colors.
It features a lightweight cellular structure making it easy to handle and fabricate. Ideal for model making, building, construction, and exhibitions. The board is fireproof, waterproof, self-extinguishing, and resistant to acid, moth, heat, vibrations, noise, and light. It can be readily nailed, drilled, pasted, sawed, or processed in any other way.

Almost all processing methods that can be done on wood can also be done on PVC Celuka foam board.
4-8mm: Best for rigid display boards and trade show panels.
9-15mm: Best for outdoor signs, partition walls, and automotive interiors.
16-25mm+: Best for heavy-duty signage and load-bearing panels.
Bending: Heat to 120-140°C (248-284°F). Overheating causes bubbles.
Adhesive: Avoid epoxy on stress points as it may become brittle.
Printing: Use PVC-compatible primers for paints.
