It features a lightweight cellular structure, making it ideal for model making, construction, trade shows, and exhibitions. It can be readily nailed, drilled, pasted, sawed, or processed just like wood.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the best thickness for my project?
1-3mm is best for lightweight displays and posters; 4-8mm is ideal for trade show panels; 9-15mm works well for outdoor signage and partitions; 16mm+ is recommended for heavy-duty signage and load-bearing panels.
Is PVC Celuka foam board waterproof?
Yes, it is 100% waterproof and moisture-resistant, making it a superior choice for kitchen cabinets, bathrooms, and marine environments compared to wood or MDF.
How can I process these boards?
You can use standard woodworking tools for cutting, drilling, sawing, and nailing. It also supports CNC routing, laser cutting, and thermoforming at temperatures between 120-140°C.
Can I print directly on the surface?
Absolutely. The smooth, hardened surface is highly printable and compatible with digital, UV, and screen printing technologies.
What should I avoid during processing?
